Our proposal is to make an assessment of the processes maturity identifying strong and weak points and suggesting improvement actions. Scope of TCA Services

A consultant from TCA Computadores will make a presentation of the ITIL processes to IT team, with an explanation of its objectives and expected results.
After this presentation, will be distributed a form to be filled by representatives named by the group, who will respond questions that drive to an assessment of the adherence of the organization processes to ITIL patterns.
The tabbed questions will generate a graphic showing the punctuation to each ITIL process, as in the example at right side, which facilitates an assessment of present IT processes structure.
With this map in hands, IT group can trace plans that can lead to creation of a working team to take corrective/improvement actions,  creation of critical processes or even a full ITIL implementation.

ePolicy- Resources Use Policy

The misuse of internet navigation and corporate email accounts on the organizations goes beyond personal productivity It can result in lawsuits due to copyrights infringement, sexual harassment, racial discrimination and so on.

The definition and publication of clear rules and procedures for the use of corporate IT resources, including non confidentiality terms and penalties for misuse, is an important administration tool with direct impact on personal productivity and a protection for the organization against lawsuits involving employee termination or criminal responsibility for documents sent from organization’s network.


Scope of TCA Services

• A consultant from TCA will make an objectives and expectations assessment with organization’s executives regarding the resources use policy

• With engaged team, will be made an alignment of the IT audit tools available to support the desired policy

• Definition of the policy document(s) and presentation to the organization’s executives for approval

• Definition and nomination of who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the policy

• Definition of how to publish and how to notify people of the policy
